We are located inside of a newly remodeled Sola Salon in Aliso Viejo, Ca. We are close to the 73 toll road, the 405, and 5 freeway. It really is the perfect location for all guests to visit your business.

The daily fee for subletting is $80 per day.

Yes, a sublet agreement is provided from the Sola Salon where my studio is located in. Having a contract between the sublet and owner of the room protects both parties.

This Sola Salon is truly so beautiful, clean, and quiet.
The Sola Salon is equipped with super clean bathrooms (3 Women stalls and 1 Unisex stall).
Across from the hall is an attached high end gym that’s equipped with new machines. Men and Women locker rooms with clean shower and fresh towels provided.
Open M-F.
The Sola Salon has a breakroom with a shared fridge, microwave, paper towels.
Laundry room in the breakroom.
There is security that patrols the surrounding area, which brings a sense of relief when walking to your car at night. The Salon is located in an industrial building, along with multiple other companies surrounding the building, so security is provided.
Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, retail stores, and banks are located 1 minute away in the Town Center.
